GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All offers to the players are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Neteller, etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.
2. Players from the following countries are not eligible for any promotional offer unless stated otherwise in the Promotion rules: American Samoa, Aruba, Belarus, Bonaire, Bulgaria, Curacao, Denmark, France, French Guiana, French Southern Territories, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Martinique, Mayotte, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Ukraine, The United Kingdom, The United States.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to withdraw funds to the players using disposable email addresses.
4. We reserve the right to stop offering bonuses to players who we deem have received an unproportionate level of bonuses based on their bonus release to deposit ratio and decline such player participation in any of our current/future promotional campaigns.
5. To claim the deposit welcome bonus or any deposit bonus, the player must make a minimum deposit of 10 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD, 50 BRL/PEN, 200 MXN/ZAR, 400 UYU, 1000 ARS/INR, 10000 CLP, or 40000 COP, unless otherwise specified.
6. Please note that bonus money can only be used on slot games that are marked by the BONUS badge. Kindly use the BONUS GAMES filter when logged in to see which games they are.
7. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering requirements. However, the bonus amount and winnings will be forfeited as a result. Please note that when playing with a bonus, real money gets exhausted first.
8. The wagering requirements for a Cash bonus for a deposit are 40 times the Bonus and Deposit sum, unless otherwise specified.
9. The wagering requirements for the Spins bonus for deposit are 60 times the Bonus sum awarded to you, unless otherwise specified.
10. The Bonus will be valid for a period of 30 days after being credited to the player’s bonus account. Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon the expiry of the bonus.
11. When betting, placed bets are deducted from the player’s deposited funds. However, if no deposited funds are available the bet placed in a bonus game will be deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
12. Until the playthrough requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is 10% of the value of the initial bonus balance, but not bigger than 5 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD, 25 BRL/PEN, 100 MXN/ZAR, 200 UYU, 500 ARS/INR, 5000 CLP, or 20000 COP. This includes double-up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black, and also in-game bonus features that can be purchased.
13. Any bonus can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Customer Services to learn more or use the CANCEL BONUS button (X) inside the bonus balance window.
14. The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a bonus or free spins (or combination of bonus and free spins) for a deposit will be equal to 10 (ten) deposits made to participate in a particular campaign. Any winnings exceeding the limit will be forfeited. This might be done automatically by the system once the bonus is successfully wagered.
15. The maximum winnings that will be withdrawn resulting from a bonus or free spins without deposit. e.g. the free spins upon registration (“Registration bonus without deposit”) and Surprise free spins bonus (“Spins bonus without deposit”) will be 25 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD, 125 BRL/PEN, 500 MXN/ZAR, 1000 UYU, 2000 INR, 3000 ARS, 25000 CLP, or 100000 COP. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited. This might be done automatically by the system once such a bonus is successfully wagered.
16. If the deposited amount is higher than the required to claim a full bonus amount, the maximum winnings that will be paid will be the sum of ten required deposit amounts and an amount that exceeds the required deposit.
17. Only 1 (one) bonus can be played at a time. We reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior.
18. Any "free spin" or "bonus" winnings resulting from bonus funds after the bonus has been wagered, lost, or forfeited shall be removed.
19. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. We reserve all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Player hereby consents in advance to the same.
20. If, upon such a review, it appears that a Player(s) are participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that we, in our sole and complete discretion deems to be abusive ('Promotion Abuse'), we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such a player to receive or benefit from the promotion (and/or withhold the payout of the proceeds of such abuse to the player/s in question).
21. Other cases of not permitted 'Promotion Abuse' include, but are not limited to: Using a proxy or a VPN or masking IP your address. Playing more than 1 (one) game at a time. Wagering of bonus money on excluded or non-eligible games (games that are not marked as 'bonus'). Decreasing your stake amount by 50% or more (compared to your maximum bet since the award of the bonus) after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active.
22. Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that result in a win or loss) will be counted towards wagering.
23. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than 1 (one) account with us in order to claim any bonuses is deemed as Promotional Abuse and may result in confiscated funds.
24. Bonus rounds and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to casino software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.
25. If it's discovered that group players are using the same betting patterns and are connected via (but not limited to) location, banking pattern or IP, or device ID, we will at our own discretion have the mandate to confiscate bonus winnings and/or deposits.
26. If, while playing via our Website provided games, you win a sum regarded by us as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such nature arranged by us. While we protect all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names and the first initial of the last name in any of our announcements about promotion results or on the Website.
27. Regarding the bonuses and promotions, all times and dates are stated in UTC.
28. When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that you have 2 (two) options, either to complete the wagering requirement of the bonus or cancel the bonus. If you choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings attributed to the bonus will be lost. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement.
29. In the event of any dispute, our decision will be final.
30. We reserve the right to cancel or amend these terms & conditions at any point without any prior notice.
31. Kindly note that it's not allowed to use bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages and then the final stages completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been released or forfeited. If such a tactic is adopted, we reserve the right to confiscate the winnings.
32. The adaptation of "Bonus Hunting" by reaching a bonus feature, exiting the game to later go back and play the feature is not permitted. Doing this will result in the confiscation of winnings related to this.
33. If you use a promo code for a promotion you are not eligible for, you will not receive the bonus.
34. Deposit bonuses will be added instantly. If you're eligible for a deposit offer and do not receive it, please contact our Customer Services before you start playing and wait for confirmation that the bonus is granted. Failure to do so will disqualify you from receiving the bonus retroactively.
35. The Bonus Terms as published on the Website (and updated from time to time) are in English and it is the English version of these Bonus Terms that form the basis of these Bonus Terms only. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of differences between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.
